Refund Policy

At Sac Wax, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

🧼 All Sales Are Final

Because our products are applied directly to the skin and body, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. This ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our natural formulas.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sacwax.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged or defective item

If approved, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time
